Throughout his career, Neil has demonstrated an exceptional ability to manage multiple ventures simultaneously. He is currently involved in four companies. He serves as President of Broadcast Advertising, Inc., founded in 2011, and is also a Managing Partner of Trivia Today, LLC and Hot Rewards, LLC, both established later that same year. Most recently, in 2023, Neil expanded his entrepreneurial portfolio by co-founding Quizdaddy, LLC, where he also holds the role of Managing Partner.

Neil’s professional success is built on a strong educational foundation. He earned a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from the University of South Florida in 1993. This academic background provided him with the financial acumen necessary to effectively manage startup finances and build resilient, financially stable companies designed for long-term growth. Since graduating, Neil has spent more than 25 years immersed in business and entrepreneurship.
